1. No Return Policy

All products sold on Giftzeetint are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Personal preferences regarding color, design, size, or appearance

• Customized or personalized products

• Minor variations in handmade products

As our products are handcrafted, slight differences in color, texture, finish, and design are natural and are not considered defects.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Giftzeetint are final.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Delayed deliveries caused by courier services

• Refusal to accept delivery

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Customized and personalized orders

• Handmade variations in products

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective product

• An incorrect item

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Personalized Products

Personalized and custom-made products are created according to customer-provided information.

Giftzeetint is not responsible for errors caused by:

• Incorrect names

• Incorrect spellings

• Incorrect photographs

• Incorrect customization details submitted by the customer

Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not started.

Once an order enters processing, crafting, customization, packaging, or shipping stages, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customized and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

6. Shipping Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Giftzeetint is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier partners

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Natural disasters

• Operational disruptions beyond our control

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
