Order Cancellation Policy :
All our products are handcrafted and many are made to order or personalized. Therefore, once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions :
If we are unable to fulfill your order or if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product due to our error, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Damage Policy :
We take utmost care in securely packaging every handmade product. If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
